This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on www.deditoboots.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Orders placed before 12:30 PM (UK time) on a working day are usually processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from FedEx or Royal Mail so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping rates vary depending on the destination postcode within the UK or the destination country for international orders.
United Kingdom – England, Scotland, and Wales
Standard Shipping = £8.90
Orders placed before 12:30 PM Mon – Friday are typically delivered within 2–3 working days. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays
Express Shipping = £11.50
Orders placed before 12:30 PM Mon – Thurs are typically delivered within 1 working days. We do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays.
United Kingdom – Scottish Highlands
Shipping from £18.50
Estimated delivery: 3–4 working days
United Kingdom – Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Jersey
Shipping from £25.00
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days
Europe
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days

If multiple items are purchased in a single order, shipping will be calculated based on the delivery destination and applicable shipping zone.
