Shipment within 48 hours following the completion of your order.  All orders received after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following working day. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Tracking code

Upon shipment a tracking code will be sent to you by Parcel Force .

Shipping rates

Your shipping rate will be added upon check out.

  • The cost of sending in the UK depends on what location (Zip code) your destination address is in.
  • The cost of sending to EU countries or Non EU countries depends in which country zone your destination address is in.

  • England, Scotland, Wales – £ 8.90 (ordered before 11 AM: within 2 working days).
  • UK Scottish Highlands – From £19.00 ( 3-4 working days).
  • UK Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Jersey – £ 27.00 ( 3-5 working days).

Europe Zones

Shipment: 3-5 working days

Parcels shipped to Europe now incur customs fees and duties: These fees are not covered by Dedito.  Please add a note to the comments box on your order if you would like details of these charges or contact the Dedito office.

  • Germany, Netherlands – £ 42.00.
  • Republic of Ireland, France, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Sweden – £ 42.00.
  • Italy, Greece, Poland, Finland, Switzerland, Spain (mainland) – £ 42.00.
  • Norway – £ 45.00.

Worldwide Zones

  • Australia – £ 108.00
  • New Zealand – £ 108.00
Shipping of more products, in one order;  the highest shipping cost of a product in that order will apply.
